It is on-site personalization with a front-row seat. Guests choose a design and customization options, then watch our team embroider their selection in real-time during the event.
How long does each piece take?

Many Flash Stitch designs stitch in approximately five minutes. Most pop-up orders are ready within 10–15 minutes, depending on the design, product, personalization, and queue.
Can you create artwork for our event?

Yes. We can develop a custom flash menu featuring approved logos, branded icons, event artwork, themed graphics, initials, monograms, or a mix of options.
Do you provide the products?

We can source standard blanks, curate elevated products, or produce premium pieces locally through Topstitch Production. Approved client-provided items may also be used.
How many guests can you accomodate?

We tailor machines, operators, product choices, and event flow to your guest count. Share your attendance estimate, and we will recommend the best setup.
Are you only available in Sacramento?

Flash Stitch is Sacramento-born and available for select regional and destination events. Travel and related production costs are quoted based on location and scope.
